June 2016 Market Condition Report

According to Ticor Title's most recent market report, there were 3,880 Single Family, Condo and Townhome closed transactions for the month of June.  Resales made up 90% of the total transactions (3,482 resales), while short sales made up 4% (172 transactions) and REOs made up 6% (226 transactions).
